What my focus is today.

Improving myself through the continued improvement of my AI delivery platform. I'm continually exploring disciplined AI use through structured workflows. I'm navigating through an ocean of possibilities with AI as my compass and I've got the wind in my sails.

Two engagements running concurrently through the platform with many motivated prospects around the corner. Very exciting time for me right now.

Some science fiction at the recommendation of my cousin Rich. He'll kill me if he finds out how far I've read into it.

Re-reading my own retrospectives from months ago. Hard to overstate how much that practice has paid.

One log entry per week, mostly on Sundays. A longer essay in progress on what it means for the operator to be the bottleneck on purpose.

A poem or two for the drawer. Nothing public there yet.

My wife is beautiful, my kids are smart, I'm building my dreams, asking for more would be selfish.

Not turning away potential engagement with great ideas. Not building a new platform feature this sprint that isn't paying for itself by sprint end. Not selling the platform or myself short.
